Our air show on the 17th of December is listed in the event calender of Air Show South Africa!

Team BushCat, a team formed by technology executive, Paul Maritz, has agreed to become a Gold Sponsor of the Rally.
In addition to providing sponsorship, Team BushCat will enter two BushCats, provide a Cessna Grand Caravan as a rally support aircraft and sponsor the Grand Arrival of the VintageAirRally in Stellenbosch.
Mike Gill, General Manager of Skyreach, manufacturer of the popular BushCat LSA bush aircraft said: ‘We are thrilled that Team BushCat will be supporting this great aviation event, particularly across Africa where our BushCat will be in its element and able to show its amazing capabilities.

Deforestation in Africa is a problem, as it is in many other places in the world.
We're working on a collaboration to raise the awareness and make a difference!

We're working hard on all the paperwork this rally involves, and oh yes, it's a lot!

We'll get three new people on board this week, our office is getting crowded!

About

Following in the footsteps of the pioneering flights of the 1920s, 15 vintage aircraft built in the early 1900s take to the air for a truly unique rally across the Americas. The VintageAirRally starts on the 3rd March 2018 from Ushuaia, Argentina and finishes on the 14th April in Florida, USA. The Rally connects some of the most beautiful and evocative points, combining the challenge of flying these magnificent planes with the element of competition which was equally prevalent in those early days. The Rally begins from the world’s southernmost airport, heading north to Florida, journey’s end. A rally such as this has never been done before in South America – and follows on from the successful 2016 VintageAirRally Crete2Cape.
